Only The Finest Chunks

Although I only tend to put work posts here, I've decided to break with tradition and put up something totally random, just because its great!
Maybe it will become a more regular thing if I can find new and shiny things - since only the finest of chunks of teh intertubes deserve to be placed on these hallowed pages.

Thats all - watch it and keep living the dream!

Welcome to the future! At some point over the next few weeks, the site is going to be migrating to a new content management system, and so there will probably be plenty of hiccups and weird broken-ness just on the blog and index pages. This will just be until the site is reajusted so I can add goodness more often without so much effort.

Man On The Run....

So I recently came across this site. Wittly named the great firewall of china, it can test any website you submit to see if it is blocked by the Chinese government. I do feel a little special, though I'm sure I am not the only one. Anyway It made me feel strangely rebellious. The idea is that it can build up a database of all blocked sites, to get an overall picture of the censorship which the Chinese experience. Its well worth a visit!

Better late than never, I remembered to visit the simpsons movie website for the sole purpose of creating a 'simpsons me'. I have to say that I do look pretty awesome, anyway if you are bored and want to waste a few minute, I would highly recommend it!

So I Came across this image when I was on my travels on some random blog somewhere. Anyway the place and time ain't too important. However this extract from a 1960's comic about someone called Starman from the Detroit League could possibly answer the greatest question to plague mankind
"How do you best dispose of a Bear AND a Tiger"

I guess I feel its a bit of a public service announcement. So you know what to do is you are ever in that situation. Also on a personal note. If movie studios are looking to do another superhero movie (which they always are) then doing this would be most excellent!

Well it has again been a long time since the last update. Now though I am hoping to be able to add more regularly since exams are past, and coursework deadlines are over. I have already started adding content into the relevant section, and this should continue for the duration of the holidays at least.
I do hope to keep the 'current' section regularly updated with progress on certain projects. So for plenty of exciting new things, keep checking back regularly. I suppose I should also mention Jeff. I have been trying to find time to fit him in. I have plenty of odeas for a 3D based adventure, although the work required is a lot more than with previous versions. So I plan to get the storyboarding finished soon, with previsualisation to follow. If all goes to plan you should be able to follow development of it in the current section as previously mentioned.
New Horizons....

Supprisingly, I have managed to make a second entry here in a short amount of time. Crazy I know. Well the latest project to emerge from my strange head, is a new Jeff. I know many people have only just recovered from the last one. This time though it is going to be in 3D. I have been considering this for a while, though it has taken a long time to get a decent idea together. It is again a twist on the original story, though there is a brand new adventure for jeff.
As promised I have updated the current section about current projects. Mainly this is information on the 3D version of Jeff. However I do have a couple of other project on the horizons. If anyone has any ideas, thoughts feelings, send me an e-mail. I do hope to have some cool looking full colour storyboards by the end of the week. So maybe this time next Monday you will be in the process of being "WOWED" by the images!

So as it might be obvious I have decided to redesign the website, with a new look and some new features. The idea of this blog is hopefully to keep everyone updated about stuff which is going on. Since easter is approaching soon I hope to be able to add some new features and stuff.
