If you had not already heard sorry for the late notice but Rich and Sarah intend to run the

Bleep test

Again

Tomorrow

(Monday 7th Dec)

Straight after training at 9pm (hopefully on the pitch this time). Anyone wanting to take part please let whom even is picking up know.
